Jerry writes, "After 10 days of discouragement and a few misses, I came across this 23" buck. This is the biggest buck I have ever shot and the first time hunting with a bow. I shot him a half hour before sunset on the last day and was not able to track him that night because it started raining. I was forced into waiting until first thing the next morning to continue the search. At least it got cold that night and preserved the meat. My brother was the one who found him. He had fallen off some rocks when he finally gave up and all my brother could see was his leg sticking up. We really lucked out finding him since the rain washed away all the sign. I could not have done this without the help of my brother and the support of my wife."
