Steffani writes, "This year a good friend of mine and my husband took a really great mule deer buck. This was his first big muley and was taken right outside of Helena, Montana during a weapons restricted hunt in 2006. This buck was in full velvet and was taken with a 12 gauge shotgun. I'm not sure what they had him scored at but I know that the spread on this buck was around 27 inches. He's not a record breaking buck, but we're all sure happy for Mark."
