Jed writes, "I was fortunate enough to draw some good tags in nevada. I harvested this buck on the 5th day of my 2005 hunt at about 10,000 ft. One shot from my Ruger .300 win mag and he went right down. When I got to him he was actually bigger than I had hoped! He is a 28" 3x4 with eye guards. My Dad and Uncle were along to help.

I also drew a bull tag in the same unit in 2007. I passed up a really nice 350 bull opening morning only to wish 7 days later that I wouldn't have. I looked at over 60 bulls, and finally settled on this one. I had a great time. Thanks to my dad, brother, uncle, and friends who all helped."
