Sam Draper writes, "My dad has always tried to get me into the big bucks. He has always hiked his guts out and worked hard to make an enjoyable hunt for his boy. This year was no different, but, my dad, Steve Draper, had to go back to Delta about the 3rd day of the Utah general rifle hunt in 2001 for some meetings. So, off I went by myself. About half way through the next day, after dad had left, my cell phone rang. Dad was pretty excited, so I knew he wasn't fibbing when he said, my hunt is over! I said yeah right, how big was he? He said oh about 26 wide and about 23 tall. I still didn't believe him until I flew off the mountain and 80 miles north to delta to see this buck. Sure enough, dad had got his buck."
