George Ruther took this super buck while hunting Colorado's third season.
George writes, "As you can see in the photo, the snow was exceptionally deep (30") which had the deer migrating out of the high alpine basins. I shot this buck as he followed 16 does and fawns towards the winter range. The buck rough scored 187". He has a 27-1/2 inch spread with 6 scoreable points on the right and 7 on the left. The deep back forks (14") and long front tines (13") contribute substantially to the overall score."
