Brent (lower photo) and Colton Armstrong harvested these fine bucks near Cokeville, Wyoming in 2003.
Brent writes, "This is my son's 1st mule deer buck. Colton is hearing impaired. He lost his hearing at 2 years old from spinal menigitis. He loves to hunt and fish. Both bucks live weight was over 300 pounds. They had fat layers of 1 1/2 inches across their butts and back and were extremely healthy.
Colton shot his at 309 yards with his Remington 338. I shot mine at 368 yards with my 7mm Remington magnum. Both bucks dropped instantly."
