Joe Meverden writes, "This is my son, Jason, with his first buck. We had been hit with a big snow storm two days before season opened, so it delayed us a bit. On the second weekend of the season, we hiked in about 5 miles and this guy caught our eye. We then put the stalk on him and got to within 245 yards. That is when Jason made a great shot on him and the rest was just a great time shared with my son."
