Kregg Thomassen sent over these photos of the buck that his dad took on a CWMU in northern Utah.

Kregg writes, "After 10 days of hunting we were due for a change in our luck. After spotting him 3 ridges off and an hour long hike, we finally found the buck bedded just above a rock slide near the bottom of a step canyon. Even with the wind howling and the buck bedded at a tough angle, dad made a great one shot kill at 260 yards with his Browning 270WSM."
