Eric Ward, aka GotBowAz, wrote, "I was finally able to put it together on the morning of day 8. I passed on 10 lesser bulls and blew opportunities on a couple of whoppers, but I was able to connect with this old boy at 15 yards quartering to me and he piled up within 45 yards. I had a rag horn come in front of him and had to wait on him to pass, when he did I was able to move forward about 5 yards to get a good shooting lane before this guy came in. I think the hardest thing I have ever had to do was sit and not move for over an hour and a half, I was so stoked! I heard him go down and thrash around, but I kept my head and didn’t push it. I am very happy with this muddy guy. His teeth were worn down to nothing and his ivories were so loose I was able to just pull them out without any cutting around them.
I put so many stalking miles on my feet that I wore out my sneeky feet so I had to re-tred them with some carpet we had at camp. The dark spots are blood from the short trail job to the bull."
