Wade Kisch, aka CurDog here at MM, writes, "Here are some photos of my “Last Weekend” Mountain Goat that I shot earlier this year in Colorado and the terrain I was hunting. I was unable to find even a single mountain goat during scouting. I was also unable find one during the month long season, until the final weekend when I finally found 2 Nannies walking the ridge above my camp. I was able to stalk up to 210 yards away, make the shot on one, and harvest my first and possibly only mountain goat. Unfortunately, one horn was broken off during the fall down the mountain and I was unable to find it. Even though it was a younger nanny goat, I view this as my biggest hunting accomplishment and trophy to date."
