Todd Steffensen headed to Wyoming this year on his first backcountry hunt up there. They packed in 12 miles to hunt the opener of September 15th. They went in a few days early to look around. Good bucks were few and far between, then came opening day, rifle shots were ringing out left and right and twenty minutes after first light, this buck showed himself. Todd made a great 650 yard shot.
