J. R. Shinkle writes, "I have been fortunate to hunt many times 'out west' but always wanted to hunt the Sandhills of Nebraska to try and take a mule deer with my Encore. My brother and I have always hunted on our own. Little did I know I would spot this old stag buck from over a mile away and get to within 60 yards and take him on his bed.
