Gavin Wright writes, "Here's my 2015 Colorado muzzleloader bull. This guy was taken at 11,630 feet, right under timberline using a classic Thompson Center side hammer 50 caliber and a PRBULLET 430 grain semi-spitzer hollow point. One shot and down. The elk isn't a huge trophy, but with a more-than 3 mile haul out on our backs, it's a trophy in our book for sure. In the photo are Matthew Wright, Robin Wright, Jesse Anderson and John Heyser. An all day job getting the meat out successfully. A huge thanks to the boys here for giving up a day and helping get this one out nice and fresh. Great eater too!"
