"Mega Bucks from the Old Days"
Photo provided by: Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson writes, "Here are some neat pics I found in my dad's very old photo album. They are some huge deer.
The first pic is a buck my dad shot in 1967 in Colorado. He's 34" wide and has 8 points on each side.
The second pic is a buck that a friend of my dads killed in 1959. My dad had a bet with him that year to see who would get the biggest buck. My dad shot a 32" 5x6 that would score about 185 BC. Then the second to last day of the season Lee shot this buck and definitely won the contest. He's 36 inches wide and a 9x13. Pretty darn huge.
The third pic is a newspaper clipping that was hidden behind another picture in the album and I have no information on it. It was from the 1960's in a Colorado newspaper. Its about the biggest buck ever I think. Pretty unbelievably massive!"

Definitely some huge bucks!
