Nick Charter writes, "Here is a picture of a 30-inch buck my dad, Jack Charter, shot in the mid 90's. We had been waiting on the ridge that was being used by several bucks almost daily. It was a great setup since the deer crested a saddle at about 300 yards away and then walked down the bottom of the canyon to within 150 yards. When this guy came over the saddle, Dad decided not to bother waiting and took him at about 275 yards with his .270 win."
