Fred Rathke sent this photo of the big bull his buddy, George Morris, harvested while on a picnic with his family in Oregon in 2002.
Fred writes, "George recently moved to Lane county and did not know where to hunt locally. He asked Charley Butler where would be a likely place to look for a bull. Charlie suggested an area called Big River. George and his family went for an outing and while scouting out the area a herd was located and this bull was spotted. George did the rest with his 270. This is George's first bull---a pretty good start!"
