Paul Grube writes, "This was one of the best hunts I have ever had in my life. I had friends and family along for support and companionship. I was still hunting a canyon with Chip Childers when I spotted this bull about 80 yards down hill. We snuck into a shooting position and I took a walking shot at about 37 yards through a 2 foot opening. The arrow struck a little back and Chip stopped him with a cow call. Since he never saw us he stood there for about 10 minutes while we watched from about 60 yards. Finally we decided that he was not going to lay down so we snuck into about 47 yards and took another walking shot that hit true and he expired about 50 yards away.
It took 4 men and 2 horses about 6 hours to get this bull out of the canyon!
