Cal Keetch writes, "Here's some pictures of an elk I shot a couple of years ago, on a CWMU. As you can see from the pictures, he was "busted" up fairly bad, from fighting. He would have been a 7x7, but he had 8 of his points either broken off, or partially broken. In addition to his broken antlers, he had notches missing from his ears, and numerous scars all over his body. Not to mention the missing teeth (see picture).
I had him mounted just the way he was. Very unique trophy one that I am proud to have harvested.
Only reqret I have is that I was alone when I shot him. Many hours spent trying to get him to truck, and loaded up."
