This fine 4x5 Roosevelt bull was taken by Dave Rowan in northern California.
Dave writes, "I feel very lucky to have had the chance to hunt elk in my home state...it's a REALLY tough draw! I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to Simpson Timber Company for opening up their private land holdings (at NO COST to the hunters!) for this
