Diego Velarde writes, "I took this picture near Dome Peak in the Jemez Mountains (New Mexico) the end of July 2005. I took other pictures, but I thought this one was fun because of all the calves.
On this particular trip we saw well over 200 elk and over 50 muleys. Unfortunately it was getting dark, so I only snapped a few pictures of the elk."
