After 15 years, Paul Brenneman beat the odds and drew a once-in-a-lifetime moose tag for the Wasatch unit of northern Utah. Paul located this bull several weeks before his hunt, then on opening day, he took the big bull with his .50 caliber muzzleloader shooting 460 grain conicals. The bull is over 45 inches wide and green scored 144 3/8 gross.
Paul writes, "The best part of the entire hunt was that my 12 year old son, Kris, was with me. Thanks to my brother Kent and his boys Tyler and Tanner. They were there for the important part, getting the bull out"!
