Haleigh Dryer, age 15, took this 10 point buck on the evening of Sunday, October 28, near Wheatland, Mo. Haleigh was patient in the stand all weekend by reading a book. She had to put down the book a couple pages short of the finish to prepare for what turned out to be an 80 yard shot. She was hunting with her father Charley on their families farm during the Missouri Youth Firearms season.
