Monte Green and Ryan Anderson had a great time hunting speedgoats in Wyoming this past year.Monte writes, "I just kept passing bucks until I came across this buck (top 2 photos) that we had seen during the archery hunt. It was not easy getting on this buck, he was always on the move and was in very open terrain, making it hard to get in close enough for a shot. He was also constantly chasing other bucks off and would not stay still for a shot. On the third attempt, we belly-crawled in on him and he gave me a 406 yard shot. Ryan (bottom photo) and I both used the same rifle to harvest our goats...Best of the West 7mm with a Huskemaw scope and Berger bullets. My buck measured at 15-1/8 on length. What a great time we had hunting goats this year!"
