"A Couple Fine Washington Bucks"
Photo provided by: Tanner Markus

Tanner Markus writes, "Here's great buck taken by my sister, Phoebe Markus, just last week on the regular season hunt in Washington state. After a long day on the hill, she spotted this buck bedded down just a hundred yards off of an old logging road. She made an excellent downhill shot and put the buck down in a matter of just a few seconds. She knew that the buck had great mass, but had no idea how big it was until she stood over it.
The big boy is a 27-inch wide 6x6 with double eye guards. His front forks are very deep and should help contribute to a strong net score. We estimated his green score to be in the low 180ís.
(In the lower photo) Shows my brother, Luke, with his dandy 4-point. This brute is as symmetrical as they come. With great mass, this bucks forks are very deep and stands very tall. Both are great bucks!"
