Devin writes, "This is my dad's first year with his new Fred Bear Element Bow. It has been 25 years since he has been bow hunting and after a stressful hunt he was able to take his first velvet buck. This buck was taken at a 15 yard shot.

My dad has been putting in for this bull elk tag for 14 years and finally drew out. He got this great 6 x 7 bull on opening morning of the rifle hunt. This bull scores in the 350-360 class range. It was shot using a Remington Springfield 30-06, after being called in by my uncle Lane to a 71 yard shot.

This has been one of the greatest years for my dad, being able to share these experiences with his family.
