Pete Gill writes, "I got hooked on hunting sheds while hiking the hills in 2005, when I found around 10 elk sheds. Since then, I've not been too successful. But, I did find this set of 300 inchers a few weeks ago. The old guy out there still roamin' is a fighter, as he had broken points on both sides. I hope to get to see him with this years growth this Fall. I think shed hunting is just as difficult, exciting, tiring, frustrating, as hunting the animals....and occasionally, there are positive results as well."
