Lance Livingston, aka LL here at MonsterMuleys.com, bumped into this big bull in Arizona.

Lance writes, "I had seen a few bigger ones, but could not close the deal on them. It was hot and pretty tough hunting for a guy used to the "high mountain alpine" hunting. I had a great trip though. I had basically given up on the evening and was headed back to the quad when I heard a small grunt. This guy never let out a bugle, but just made a small grunt. I was not even sure if I had heard it or not. I decided to quietly sneak in just in case. I caught a glimpse of him and got in front to head him off. He went a bit faster than I anticipated and I ended up at about 20 yards to him with a juniper between us. I had to back up and kneel down all at the same time drawing back my bow to get a shot. It seemed like a perfect shot, but there was hardly a blood trail. He went about 200 yards and piled up."
