The Colorado muzzleloader hunt was a good one for Chad Carter, aka bragabit here on the site. He shared the following in our Colorado forum...........

"Here are some pictures of my 2014 Colorado Muzzleloader deer hunt. I do look forward to hunting Colorado every year. I Love it. I discovered the last few years that the muzzeloader hunts are a blast. As an added bonus the camping is much better than November. The hunting was slow this year. I am not sure what the differance is. It was a little drier than last year. I hunted hard for 4 days and could only find one group of 5 bucks. I shot the 2nd best. The best buck wasn't much bigger, and never left the private. 4 of the 5 bucks were still in full velvet on Sept.16. Even though the hunting was tough, it was a very memorable hunt. My dad was able to go with me. It was a tough for him to get around, but he was a trooper. always there for moral support."
