Lee Crowe, of Quesnel, British Columbia, sent us this photo of the large bear that his buddy, Tim, harvested earlier this year.
Lee writes, "Tim shot this bear, head on at 16 yards with his bow. He stalked it for about an hour just before dark. It ran off into some brush and he heard 3 moans, but wasn't sure if he should look for it alone. He left it until morning when 3 of us went with him and it only turned out running about 15 yards before dying. He almost got a pass through upon further inspection when skinning and quartering it. The bear turned out green scoring 19 2/8" P&Y. I have never seen Tim so happy."
