Daryl Nelson, aka tufferthandug writes, "We started by trekking 45 km's into the mountains. It was the first night, so we didn't have the wall tent setup and we were just using the pup tent. We awoke to hearing wolves howling close to where we had the horses. We grabbed the guns and ran as quick as we could toward the horses, upon getting there the horses were fine, so we pursued the wolves to the edge of the mountain.

As we approached I seen the pack weaving through the tree's. Most of them were pure black, but when I lined up my rifle, a big ol white one came into view. I was only able to get one shot off, but it did the trick. The wolf died instantly."
