Steve Oviatt writes, "This ram was found dead Nov. 28 on the Ft Carson Military Base Southwest of Colorado Springs where no hunting is allowed.
He is estimated to be between 12 and 14 years old. You can see on the pic that he is in pretty bad health, but WOW what a monster! Colorado Division of Wildlife knew about this monster and have photographed him numerous times. This was his last photo. They are doing a full life size mount on him. He is expected to be the new world record Rocky Mountain Bighorn Ram."
