Traig writes, "This the Antelope I took on Sept. 27th. We were set up on a water hole, and had seen this buck earlier in the day. About 3 hours later, a smaller buck came in that my uncle shot. While we retrieved his buck and cleaned it, I was headed back to the water hole, when I turn to look back over my trail and spotted this buck coming to the water. I sat down, got positioned, and figured the buck to be around the 400 yard mark. So I held on his back, knowing that my Winchester .270 WSM and its 140 grain bullet shot pretty flat. My first shot missed over his back. He looked for a second and then took off on a dead run. I lead him a bit, and touched off my second round. He crumpled to the sound of the whack of my bullet finding his neck. We ranged the shot, and it was 437 yards. He messures 14 1/4 on both horns."
