Chad Fink writes, "It was November 11th. We were walking along a ridge of coulees that had nice cutbanks in it. We came around and on top of this cut I could see the white face staring at me. As I crested the hill, I noticed a smaller buck standing to his right. He got nervous really quick and started to break trail. The buck I shot was not staying either and got up and stood there and gave me a 125 yard broadside shot and the 300 barked and the deer dropped. He was 25 inches and a 5x5 and scored 168 4/8. He dressed out at 223 lbs. He was a monster by body size and a pretty good lift for me and my buddy to get him in the truck."
